Long Beach Arena at Long Beach Convention Center tickets & upcoming events

Looking for a venue that’s got history, energy, and a bit of that college town charm? Long Beach Arena at the Long Beach Convention Center is just the spot. It’s been a staple for all kinds of events since way back, hosting everything from big-name concerts to the Harlem Globetrotters basketball games since the 1970s. Yeah, you read that right, the Globetrotters have been entertaining crowds here for decades, making it a bit of a local legend. The arena isn’t just for pro and college sports though; it’s also hosted volleyball matches for Long Beach State since 1997, and you can usually find the upper levels pretty quiet, which honestly makes for a comfy vibe if you want a more chill experience. For the folks who like to celebrate in style, the suite level offers a chance to personalize your gathering with themed decor or just kick back in luxury. And if you’re coming by train, it’s a pretty quick cab ride from the Amtrak station, easy peasy. Whether you're there for a concert, a basketball game, or a monster truck rally, the arena’s got that lively, old-school charm mixed with modern amenities. Trust me, it’s a place that’s seen a lot and still keeps delivering the good times.
